My work sits at the intersection of embodied expression and messaging strategy, helping people translate the richness of their ideas into words, content, and offers that truly land.

Before stepping fully into this work, I worked in a marketing agency as a graphic designer and copywriter, where I learned the technical side of communication: messaging, storytelling, branding, and the strategic structures behind successful campaigns. Somewhere between marketing strategy sessions and crafting funnels, I discovered my true magic: helping people go from sounding generic to sounding like themselves.

So much of what we call “marketing” is missing that je ne sais quoi, the aliveness and uniqueness that makes someone stop and truly feel you. I once heard Alyssa Nobriga say that "we’ve overemphasised strategy and underemphasised the inner work", and I couldn’t agree more. But I’ve also seen the opposite, Deep inner work without the structure to communicate it clearly.
That’s why my work brings both worlds together. The somatic and emotional work that allows your voice to expand and the strategic refinement that helps your message reach your soul clients.

Even the clearest, most authentic voice can plateau if it isn’t supported by structure and strategy.
From freeze to flow, a return to authenticity.
At one point, I found myself caught in a deep freeze state, shut down, scared, and unable to safely share parts of who I was with the world. Things got so tense, even a casual “How are you?” felt like an ambush.​​
Somatic practices gently brought me back into relationship with my body, reconnecting me to what I truly feel, need, and want. Identity work opened a constellation of possibilities for who I could become, and astrology offered a cosmic map back to my essence.

These tools continue to anchor me today, and now, they’re the very practices I share with my clients. Because expression isn’t just about learning what to say. It’s about creating the safety within yourself to actually say it.
I tried to be palatable, until I realised I was made to be potent.

I know what it’s like to forget who you are. To lose touch with your essence. I’ve walked the tender path of fearing visibility and shrinking myself into a more palatable version.
But we don’t want palatable, we want tasty, delicious, scrumdiddlyumptious! And if you’ll allow me the honour of reminding you who you are, together, we’ll tap into the original essence that makes you, you. Because when you show up in your fullness the right people don’t just find you, they remember you.
